'Shadowed' is an immersive art installation held at Cool Change Contemporary. The work draws attention to the influences and forces outside our consciousness or those we choose not to acknowledge, specifically denial of heritage to assimilate into Australian culture. Cool Change Contemporary is housed in Bon Marche Arcade, a heritage building in Boorloo (Perth), a symbol of colonisation and its impact on indigenous and migrant communities.
